Order Processing
✅ All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
ℹ️ CAROMAX operates as a dropshipping business. Your order is shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse to your door.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
- Tracking emails are sent within 1–3 business days of your order being placed
- Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment
- If you haven't received a tracking email after 5 business days, please contact us
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High demand periods (holidays, sales events)
- Customs clearance processing
- Carrier delays or weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Check with your local post office or carrier depot
- Wait 2–3 business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Contact us at hellocaromax@outlook.com if the package still cannot be located
ℹ️ CAROMAX is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or selecting a secure delivery location.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at hellocaromax@outlook.com — we may be able to update it before shipment.
🚫 CAROMAX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender due to an address error, re-shipment fees will apply.
